Criminal proceedings. Rape, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, simple assault and unlawful restraint. Before KUBACKI, J. No. 1011 Philadelphia 1980. Appeal from the judgment of sentence of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County, Criminal Division, Nos. 953, 955, 957 and 958, Aug. T., 1979. Argued March 30, 1981.
