Indictment charging defendant with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor. Before SUGERMAN, J. Verdict of guilty and judgment of sentence entered thereon. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 432, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Chester County, Jan. T., 1972, No. 64. Argued March 15, 1976.
