Defendant's motions in arrest of judgment and for new trial denied and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1178, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, April T., 1975, No. 1584. Submitted September 13, 1976.
