March 16, 1979. Petition for Allowance of Appeal Denied September 10, 1979.

Indictments charging defendant with robbery, conspiracy, recklessly endangering another person and aggravated assault. Before SILVERSTEIN, J., non-jury. Defendant found guilty and judgment of sentence entered. (Sentence was suspended on charges of endangering another person and aggravated assault.) Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 2146, October T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, March T., 1977, Nos. 977/980. Submitted September 15, 1978.
