Indictments charging defendant with aggravated robbery and carrying a concealed deadly weapon. Before CAIN, Jr., J., without a jury. Finding of guilty of both charges following guilty plea and defendant placed on probation and following probation revocation proceedings, probation was revoked and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 33, Oct. T., 1978, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, May T., 1972, No. 336. Argued September 11, 1978.
