Indictment charging defendant with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor. Before BUCHER, J. Appeal, No. 1277, Oct. T., 1975, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Lancaster County, No. 703 of 1974. Submitted December 15, 1975.
