Indictments charging defendant with robbery, conspiracy, simple and aggravated assault, burglary, and possession of instruments of crime. Before BLAKE, J. Verdict of guilty of all charges and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 824, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Feb. T., 1975, Nos. 574, 577, and 579. Submitted December 10, 1976.
