Indictment charging defendant with knowingly possessing a controlled substance. Before SIMMONS, J., of the Municipal Court. Finding of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant's petition for writ of certiorari to Court of Common Pleas denied, order by DOTY, J. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1804, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division of Philadelphia, Misc. No. 76-002698, and M.C. No. 76-02-1029. Submitted September 13, 1976.
