Indictment charging defendant with simple assault, criminal conspiracy and other offenses. Before MARSHALL, J., without a jury. Finding of guilty of simple assault and criminal conspiracy and not guilty on remaining charges and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 2357, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, May T., 1975, Nos. 1724, 1725, and 1726.

Mark B. Frost, with him Mendel, Schwartz and Bock, for appellant; Deborah E. Glass, Assistant District Attorney, and F. Emmett Fitzpatrick, District Attorney, submitted a brief for Commonwealth, appellee.


Judgment of sentence affirmed.
