Indictment charging defendant with knowingly or intentionally possessing a controlled substance, and manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance. Before BONAVITACOLA, J., without a jury. Appeal, No. 1135, Oct. T., 1975, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Oct. T., 1974, No. 1243. Submitted December 16, 1975.
