Indictments charging defendant with rape, statutory rape, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and conspiracy. Before PRATTIS, J., without a jury. Defendant found not guilty of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and guilty of remaining charges and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 456, Oct. T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, July T., 1975, Nos. 1126 to 1129, inclusive. Argued September 14, 1977.
