Indictments charging defendant with burglary, larceny, receiving stolen goods and unlawful possession of burglary tools. Before HENDERSON, P.J. Appeals, Nos. 56 and 57, April T., 1973, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Lawrence County, Nos. 470 and 471 of 1970. Argued November 13, 1973.
