Indictments charging defendant with robbery while armed and with an accomplice, burglary, larceny, receiving stolen goods, wantonly pointing a deadly weapon and assault and battery. Before ATKINS, P.J. Appeal, No. 16, March T., 1974, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of York County, Oct. T., 1971, No. 99. Submitted December 3, 1973.
