Indictments charging defendant with assault with intent to ravish and corrupting the morals of a minor. Before WRIGHT, J., without a jury. Appeals, Nos. 1178 and 1179, Oct. T., 1972, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County, Sept. T., 1971, Nos. 421 and 422. Argued December 8, 1972.
