Indictments charging defendant with burglary, aggravated robbery, and unlawfully carrying firearms on a public street or place. Before MIRARCHI, JR., J., without a jury. Appeal, No. 1516, Oct. T., 1973, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Oct. T., 1972, Nos. 1827 to 1830, inclusive. Submitted December 10, 1973.
