Indictments charging defendant with burglary and criminal trespass. Before ROBINSON, P.J., without a jury. Finding of guilty of criminal trespass following guilty plea and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 754, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Lackawanna County, No. 1215 of 1973. Submitted October 8, 1976.
