Indictments charging defendants with possession of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, and criminal conspiracy. Before PITT, Jr., J. Verdicts, of guilty of all charges and judgments of sentence entered. Defendants appealed. Appeals, Nos. 162 and 163, Oct. T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas of Chester County, Nos. 691(3)C and 691(2)C of 1974. Argued June 12, 1978.

John Rogers Carroll and C. Barry Buckley, submitted a brief for appellants.
