Indictments charging defendant with burglary, larceny, receiving stolen goods, and unlawful possession of burglary tools. Before ROSENWALD, J., without a jury. Appeals, Nos. 1591 and 1592, Oct. T., 1972, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Oct. T., 1971, Nos. 271 and 272. Submitted December 3, 1973.
