Indictment charging defendant with possession of slot machines. ( 18 Pa.C.S.A. § 5513.) Before McCABE, Jr., J., without a jury. Defendant found not guilty. After hearing before BLAKE, J., order entered granting defendant's petition for return of slot machines. Commonwealth appealed. Appeal, No. 602, October T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, Misc. No. 76-00-4-54; M.C. No. 76-06-1111. Argued June 15, 1977.
