Indictment charging defendant with criminal conspiracy and unlawful possession of a controlled substance. Before BROWN, P.J., specially presiding. Demurrer sustained to charge of unlawful possession and verdict of guilty of criminal conspiracy entered. Defendant's motion in arrest of judgment denied and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1495, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Northampton County, May T., 1975, No. 534. Submitted September 13, 1976.
