Indictments charging defendant with theft of movable property, theft by receiving stolen property, criminal conspiracy, possession of instruments of crime with intent and criminal attempt. Before TREDINNICK, J., without a jury. Demurrer sustained to charge of theft and finding of guilty of remaining charges and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1807, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, July T., 1975, No. 4373. Submitted September 22, 1976.
