Appeal of the denial of the Writ of Certiorari. Recklessly endangering another person, possession of an instrument of crime and possession of an offensive weapon. Before CAIN, Jr., J. No. 1022 Oct. T., 1978. Appeal from the order of the Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Nos. 78-00581 and MC 77-11-238. Submitted June 29, 1979.
