Indictments charging defendant with aggravated robbery, assault and battery, aggravated assault and battery, assault and battery with intent to murder, carrying firearms without a license, and related offenses. Before KEIM, J., specially presiding, without a jury. Appeal, No. 754, Oct. T., 1973, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, July T., 1972, No. 399. Submitted December 3, 1973.
