Indictments charging defendant with murder, voluntary manslaughter and involuntary manslaughter. Before RIDGE, J. Verdict of guilty as to murder. Judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal No. 12 of 1979, Special Transfer Docket, Pittsburgh District, from Court of Common Pleas, Criminal Division, of Allegheny County, No. CC7705773A of 1977. Argued: May 7, 1979.
