Criminal proceedings. Robbery, theft by unlawful taking or disposition, receiving stolen property, possessing instruments of crime, violation of the Uniform Firearms Act, recklessly endangering another person, terroristic threats and criminal conspiracy. Before MARRONE, J. No. 2220 Philadelphia 1980. Appeal from the judgments of sentence of the Court of Common Pleas of Chester County, Criminal Division, No. 1119 of 1978. Argued February 16, 1982.
