Indictments charging defendant with forcible rape, assault and battery, aggravated assault and battery, assault and battery with intent to murder and aggravated robbery. Before STOUT, J., without a jury. Appeal, No. 1093, Oct. T., 1974, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Oct. T., 1971, Nos. 750, 751, and 752. Submitted December 6, 1974.
