Indictments charging defendant with burglary, robbery, conspiracy, wantonly pointing firearms, carrying a concealed deadly weapon, assault and battery and related offenses. Before TREDINNICK, J. Appeal, No. 468, Oct. T., 1974, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, Jan. T., 1972, No. 637. Argued June 13, 1974.

Judgment of sentence affirmed and the defendant is directed to appear in the court below at such time as he may be there called, and that he be by that court committed until he has complied with the sentence, or any part thereof which had not been performed at the time the appeal was made a supersedeas.
