Indictments charging defendant with unlawful possession of heroin with intent to deliver and attempted aggravated assault and battery. Before ANTHONY, J. Appeal, No. 76, April T., 1975, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Erie County, Nos. 984 and 1259 of 1973. Argued April 14, 1975.
