Criminal proceedings. Simple assault, burglary, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property and forgery. Before EARLEY, J. No. 66 Apr. T., 1979. Appeal from the order of the Court of Common Pleas of Indiana County, Nos. 14, 31, 32, 33, 34, 49, 50, 51, 97, 98 and 99 of 1978.
