Criminal proceedings. Simple assault, aggravated assault, carrying a firearm on a public street, criminal conspiracy, recklessly endangering another person, possessing an instrument of crime and possession of a prohibited offensive weapon. Before DiBONA, Jr., J. No. 551 Oct. T., 1978. Appeal from the judgment of sentence of the Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, May T., 1977, Nos. 372/376. Argued March 20, 1979.
