Proceedings upon remand of case by Superior Court to determine if defendant intentionally and intelligently waived his right to file post-verdict motions. Before BROWN, J. Order entered finding that defendant intelligently waived his right to file post-verdict motions. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 997, Oct.
