Proceedings upon remand of case by Superior Court to determine if defendant intentionally and intelligently waived his right to file post-verdict motions. Before BROWN, J. Order entered finding that defendant intelligently waived his right to file post-verdict motions. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 997, Oct. T., 1975, from Court of Common Pleas of Lancaster County, Nos. 2119 and 2121 of 1975. Submitted September 8, 1975.
