Indictment charging defendant with sodomy, assault and battery with intent to ravish, and corrupting the morals of a minor. Before SHOYER, J., without a jury. Appeals, Nos. 232 and 233, Oct. T., 1970, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Sept. T., 1969, Nos. 79 and 81. Argued June 10, 1970.
