Indictment charging defendant with burglary, larceny, receiving stolen goods, and conspiracy. Before FEIGUS, J., without a jury. Appeal, No. 422, April T., 1970, from judgments of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Fayette County, No. 522 of 1969, and No. 47 of 1970.
