Indictments charging defendant with robbery, criminal attempt (theft), and simple assault. Before BROWN, J. Verdicts of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 393, Oct. T., 1978, from Court of Common Pleas of Lancaster County, Nos. 2474/2476 of 1976. Submitted September 15, 1978.
