Indictments charging defendant with arson, burglary, aggravated assault, criminal conspiracy, rape and robbery. Before McDERMOTT, J. Verdict of guilty on indictments. Defendant's motions for new trial and in arrest of judgment denied and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1913, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Feb. T., 1975, Nos. 1213, 1216 to 1221, inclusive, and 1223, 1224, and 1225. Argued December 10, 1976.
