Indictments charging defendants with burglary, theft and receiving stolen goods. Before DILLON, J. Both defendants found guilty of burglary and not guilty of remaining charges and judgments of sentence entered. Defendants appealed. Appeals, Nos. 803 and 807, April T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas of Butler County, No. 605 of 1976. Submitted November 14, 1977.
