Indictment charging defendant with felonious restraint, retaliation against an informant, simple assault and conspiracy. Before ACKER, J. Verdict of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 2, April T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Mercer County, April T., 1975, No. 60. Argued April 15, 1976.
