Indictment charging defendant with theft of movable property. Before GRIFO, J., without a jury. Plea of guilty to lesser charge of conspiracy to commit theft of movable property and judgment of sentence entered thereon. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1914, Oct. T., 1975, from Court of Common Pleas of Northampton County, Jan. T., 1975, No. 301, and April T., 1975, No. 288. Submitted December 16, 1975.
