Indictments charging defendant with burglary, larceny, receiving stolen goods, and unlawful possession of burglary tools. Before JAMIESON, P.J., without a jury. Appeal, No. 1828, Oct. T., 1972, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Feb. T., 1972, No. 70. Argued December 5, 1973.
