Indictment charging defendant with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor. Before APPEL, J. Verdict of guilty and judgment of sentence entered thereon. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1100, Oct. T., 1975, from Court of Common Pleas of Lancaster County, No. 1087 of 1974. Argued September 9, 1975.
