Appeals, Nos. 787 and 788, Oct. T., 1966, from judgment of sentence of Court of Quarter Sessions of Philadelphia County, March T., 1966, Nos. 3618 and 3620. Indictment charging defendant with statutory rape, rape, and corrupting the morals of a minor. Argued December 14, 1966.
