Criminal proceedings. Aggravated assault, simple assault, terroristic threats, recklessly endangering another person and possessing an instrument of crime. Before HILL, J. No. 2561 Philadelphia 1980. Appeal from the judgment of sentence of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County, Criminal Trial Division, Nos. 1147, 1149-1155, Jan. T., 1980. Submitted June 22, 1982.
