Indictments charging defendant with assault and battery, aggravated assault and battery, assault and battery with intent to murder, carrying a concealed deadly weapon and unlawfully carrying a firearm without a license. Before STOUT, J., without a jury. Appeals, Nos. 1406 and 1407, Oct. T., 1972, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, July T., 1970, Nos. 971 and 972. Argued September 10, 1973.
