Indictments charging defendant with robbery, conspiracy, simple assault and possession of an instrument of crime. Before BULLOCK, Jr., J. Verdict of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1641, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, May T., 1975, Nos. 985 to 988, inclusive. Argued September 17, 1976.
