Criminal proceedings. Disorderly conduct, delivering a controlled substance, carrying a firearm without a license and making terroristic threats. Before HOURIGAN, J. No. 1945 Philadelphia 1980. Appeal from the judgments of sentence of the Court of Common Pleas of Luzerne County, Criminal Division, Nos. 679, 1182 and 1200 of 1980.
