Criminal proceedings. Knowingly or intentionally possessing a controlled substance, possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance, and criminal conspiracy. Before RICHETTE, J. No. 1677 Oct. T., 1979. Appeal from the judgment of sentence of the Court of Common Pleas, Criminal Division, of Philadelphia, Sept. T., 1978, Nos. 1613-1617.
