Proceedings on petitions by defendants to expunge their criminal records. Orders entered granting petitions, opinion by MIRARCHI, Jr., J. Commonwealth appealed in each case. Appeals, Nos. 2064 and 2065, Oct. T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Dec. T., 1959, No. 471, and Misc. Nos. 7600-7213 and 7500-1368. Argued March 29, 1978.
