Indictment charging defendant with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor and involuntary manslaughter. Before WAJERT, J., without a jury. Appeal, No. 1579, Oct. T., 1972, from order of Court of Common Pleas of Chester County, May T., 1971, No. 634. Argued December 5, 1972.
