Indictments charging defendant with burglary, possessing instruments of crime, receiving stolen property and other offenses. Before WALTER, P.J., without a jury. Findings of guilty and judgment of sentence of sixteen to thirty-two years confinement and fine of $13,300 entered. Order entered denying defendant's motion to vacate and resentence. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1275, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Lebanon County, Nos. 445 and 446 of 1973, No. 63 of 1974, and Nos. 125, 126, 244, 317, and 339 of 1975. Argued September 21, 1976.
