Indictments charging defendant with playfully pointing a firearm, aggravated robbery, carrying a concealed deadly weapon and burglary. Before HAGAN, J. Appeal, No. 1144, Oct. T., 1969, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Sept. T., 1967, No. 225. Argued March 16, 1970.
